Training and professional development:
- Reimbursement for trainings for partners
- Sponsorship of management, leadership, and senior leader training courses

- Supporting UNH OT student internships in our region
- Funding of Coach/Advisor position at Manchester Community College to support employees in
CMC and Elliot Hospital WFD programs
Supporting educational pathways:
- Ongoing financial scholarship support for students at MCC, GSC and UNH Durham and
Manchester
- Partnership with Granite State College on college certificate cohort programming
- Funding ESOL classes at CMC and Elliot Hospital
Continuing work around diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as mental health awareness:
- Continuing to fund DEI education, training, and consultation for our partners
- Support for Mental Health First Aid in the community
Maintaining the interconnectedness of our network
- Being thoughtful and open to other ways to support and expand the workforce in our region.
- Promote linkages between our partners that continue to improve service delivery in our region
